TAL Education Group (the “Company”) has entered into a contract on December 3, 2019 for the development of office space on a parcel in Beijing, covering approximately 127,780 square meters of construction area for approximately RMB920 million. The Company intends to fund the foregoing construction through cash on hand and/or bank financing.
